A very rare event has taken place over night in the Seattle area, a white christmas! The last time there was measurable snow on Christmas morning in the Seattle area. The amount of snow that fell in my exact region was 1.5-2". The days leading up to the event were very cold, so the snow had no problem sticking to the roads and causing a multitude of issues.

All clips were shot between 5:00-6:30am on Christmas morning.

On 84th Street Northeast, there were multiple cars that had slid off the road and most notably a roll over. Last night on my drive home from a christmas gathering, I witnessed another rollover on the same road (I didn’t have access to my camera.)

The rest of the shots consist of the poor road conditions, and driving down some local downtown streets that had christmas light displays. The first two downtown scenes are Marysville, Washington. The third is Lake Stevens.
